Structures

Function: This fluid-filled elastomeric product is built by a Main Rubber Element (MRE) made primarily of natural rubber for its deformability properties, bonded to at least two components being metallic or composite. A glycol-type liquid is encapsulated between the MRE and an outer component. Its structure is designed to obtain at least two different states under the same excitation. The first state delivers a high level of damping at a specific frequency, and the second provides low dynamic stiffness at higher frequencies. This product handles engine torque and rotational motion while ensuring optimal filtration levels. Tailor-made design, from cradle to grave.
