Function: This fluid-filled elastomeric product is built by a Main Rubber Element (MRE) made primarily of natural rubber for its deformability properties, bonded to at least two components being metallic or composite. A glycol-type liquid is encapsulated between the MRE and an outer component. Its structure is designed to deliver a high level of damping at a specific frequency and to ensure compliance between two vehicle structures. Tailor-made design, from cradle to grave.
