Cellular and spongy Rubber Foams

Cellular rubber foam ensure sealing, cushioning, acoustic damping and thermal insulation across a wide range of automotive applications. We formulate and produce both open-close-cell foams in-house, and convert them to meet precise customer application specifications.
Our integrated process allows for tailored shapes and dimensions, with the option to add adhesives, reinforcement films or low-friction surfaces. These can include PP films, mesh supports or nonwoven substrates, depending on the functional need.
Designed to perform under compression, temperature variation and vibration, our foams are used in bumpers, ADAS sensor seals, mirror assemblies, steering column interfaces, and more. They combine material performance with process flexibility, ensuring consistent quality and seamless integration into complex automotive systems.
