Function: The Main Rubber Element (MRE), made primarily of natural rubber for its deformability properties, is bonded to at least an inner and outer component, either metallic or composite. This MRE is combined with a bracket made primarily of metals or composites for its low deformability and high strength. Its structure is designed to cancel dynamic stiffness up to a certain level of excitation. In this case, no vibration or load is transmitted.
